 The 9th Battalion Commandant Vijay Sinha said on Wednesday, "All the teams are deployed in various districts of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar to deal with cyclone YAS. These teams comprise a total of around 500 rescuers during cyclone Yas. It is ready to face every challenge and provide all possible help to the local people in times of disaster. ”

 In the meantime, NDRF rescuers are also organizing awareness programs among the local people to avoid this cyclone in various districts, following all the guidelines of prevention of corona virus infection and seeing the potential dangers. Are transported to safe places.
